This was made to easily sharpener your knives at home. The tool is in used condition with no dents or pitting. There are normal scratches from many years of use. The green paint is worn on the handle. The metal has some discolorations and rust due to normal use. We have tried to get close up photos. You must decide for yourself the condition.
