Shun RAI Elite 7 Knife Set with Bamboo Block SG 0400, 0401, SG 0403, SG 0404, SG 0406, SG 0407 & DM0754 The handle’s inset consists of a Samurai emblem together with one red ring and one golden brass ring, thus emphasizing the traditional claim of the top-class series. The ergonomic shape of the oval handle is soft to the touch and – together with a fine balance – allows for comfortable work. Excellent condition with light wear marks on the blades. Handles in very good condition with some wear  showing but no damaged wood. Professionally sharpened in August 2023 by Kai USA Ltd. Tualatin, Oregon They have not been used since sharpening. No chips or deep scratches or broken points. Block in good condition. Some wear showing on one side. I  purchased the set at Sur La Table in Seattle at the  Pikes Place Market location, sometime prior to the year Shun discontinued this model. A care booklet and one Shun knife box included.
