Huge 17" Sabatier Carbon Steel Chef Knife 12'' Blade - Unique France - Bonjour.
Vintage "Unique Sabatier France" Carbon Steel French Chef's Knife.
Blade is a full 12" and a bit over 2-1/4" wide
Likely from 1960s give or take a bit.
Knife is in good shape, some staining of the steel but no damage. Handle has a crack in one of the scales. (This seems to be very common with Sabatiers).
It has a pot with BonJour stamped in the handle.
Sold as found at an estate sale. Happy to answer any questions.
